RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

TIME FRAME FOR RETURN

The buyer must ship the returned product back to us within 14 days. 

ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS

Eligible Products Only products that are eligible for return will be considered for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Easy Return Process:

    • At Delivery: If you know immediately that you'd like to return the item, simply inform the courier before they leave, and hand the sealed package back to them.
    • After Delivery: If you decide to return the item after the courier has left, please contact our Customer Service Team +201200056377. We’ll arrange a convenient pickup.

Please note that failure to follow the inspection and seal requirements or ship the return while the courier is present may result in the return being denied or subject to additional fees.

Refund Eligibility

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine its eligibility for a refund. If the product meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1, a refund will be processed.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable or expired, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with the buyer.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the returned product, excluding any shipping fees. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
